The Herat–Ghor National Highway Lot 1 (50 km) project is a major infrastructure initiative aimed at improving regional connectivity between the western province of Herat and the central highlands of Ghor. This 50-kilometer section represents the first segment of a crucial national roadway designed to enhance transportation efficiency, reduce travel time, and support economic development across the region.

The project encompasses road construction, grading, paving, drainage systems, culverts, and safety features that meet national engineering standards. Once completed, this highway segment will significantly improve access for local communities, facilitate trade, and strengthen links between key provinces.

EAGOC serves as the Project Manager, overseeing all phases of planning, execution, quality control, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.
