The Baghlan to Bamyan B2B Road Project – Segment 2 (KM 24+000 to KM 47+040) is a vital infrastructure development effort aimed at improving transportation between the northern province of Baghlan and the central highlands of Bamyan. This segment, covering more than 23 kilometers, forms a critical part of the larger B2B corridor, which enhances mobility, strengthens regional trade links, and supports social and economic growth across both provinces.

The project scope includes roadway construction, earthworks, subgrade preparation, pavement layers, retaining structures, drainage systems, culverts, slope protection, and essential road safety features. Engineering standards are applied throughout to ensure long-term durability, safe travel conditions, and reliable access for local communities.

EAGOC serves as the Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the full implementation of the segment, coordinating technical teams, managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and delivering the project efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
