Generator 1

Problem:

Engine oil was found to be contaminated with coolant, indicating internal leakage and compromised lubrication. This contamination suggested underlying internal engine faults that were affecting performance.

Solution:

A complete top overhauling was performed, during which all internal faults were repaired and damaged components were replaced. After the overhauling, the generator was restored to proper and stable working condition.

Generator 2

Problem:

The generator was emitting black smoke during operation, a clear sign of poor combustion and a malfunction within the fuel delivery system. The issue was traced to faulty injectors.

Solution:

The faulty injectors were replaced to ensure proper fuel delivery and combustion. After replacement and adjustments, combustion efficiency improved, and the generator resumed normal operation without smoke emissions.
