The Jalalabad Consulate Guest House Construction & Existing Building Renovation Project is an important diplomatic facility development initiative commissioned by the Embassy of Pakistan. The project aims to provide modern, secure, and functional accommodation facilities for consulate staff and visitors, while enhancing the operational capacity of Pakistan’s diplomatic mission in Jalalabad.

The project scope includes the construction of a new guest house building, complete with residential rooms, service areas, structural works, architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and all required safety and security features. In addition, the project covers the renovation of existing structures, upgrading interior and exterior elements, improving utilities, reinforcing structural integrity, and ensuring the buildings meet contemporary standards for comfort, durability, and functionality.

EAGOC serves as the Project Manager, responsible for overseeing all phases of construction and renovation, coordinating with design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, managing contractors, and delivering the project efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of the Embassy of Pakistan.
